This hotel could have been nice if the manager was professional and hospitable. Manager and their staff are excessively rude to an extent that they even ask guests to vacant the property if they have the issue with any of the listed amenities

Hey everyone, You might be thinking why am I posting a hotel review here, as i like to post only food reviews after you all started appreciating my small efforts... Weird right Well this one deserves a bad one, sorry owners but your staff did this to your hotel... So coming back Was there for my entrance exam Late at night after searching the whole area found this place labelled as 3 star hotel, No doubt the hotel was clean, the place and room were pretty good too... But it was 1800 for a night ( very tiny room ) There was no geyser in the washroom ( it's still freaking cold in the morning ) The staff was so rude ...... Didn't help us even a bit, zero hospitality Our exam was till 12.30 and we requested that we could check out at one... He did not agree ... As a couple of students went together we requested to spare a single room to keep all our belongings ( mobile, wallet etc including) He didn't agree, he said to keep out stuff at the reception with no security. Ok fine understandable, hotel policy are strict..... As we went to exam in pajamas When we came back we requested him to let us change in any empty room's bathroom he said no... I will not allow it... Then proceed to say to change in employee's toilet if we are so desparate... Is this the way to talk to any guest I don't know guys You be the judge for it... Happy staying

Stayed at Hotel NK north star for 4 days with family and nothing about this Hotel is worth spending for. 1. THE ROOMS ARE VERY CRAMPED. 2. BASIC AMMENITIES ARE NOT PROVIDE ex. Hot water kettle, cups, beverage kits, 3. THE ROOMS ARE APARTMENTS TURNED INTO HOTEL ROOMS WITH SHARING LIVING ROOM. 4. THE RECEPTIONIST AND THE PEOPLE WORKING ARE RUDE AND OF NO HELP. 5. TV WAS NOT WORKING FOR 3 STRAIGHT DAYS. 6. CHECK UNDER THE BLANKET COVERS AS THEY WERE STAINED WITH BLOOD. Only good part is the location as it is safe in residential area and there are restaurants you can order from, other than it is not worth spending 1,600 a night for such rooms. And a big NO for family's staying in.
