The rooms are clean but the blanket are very baad and unwashed..... We came in this hotel around 9 pm and they are saying that nothing is available for eating dinner and gizer is not working we got very late...... Trust me guys this is not a perfect hotel you will also be late due to late service.... Thank you

The rooms are spacious and newly renovated. The property is beautiful and is located near the Raj Bhawan. The food is delicious and service is beyond expectations. It’s overwhelming to see the owner making your stay so comfortable by managing the hotel. Will visit again soon.

I have gone with group of 10 people on 19th JUNE 2023 to this hotel where I got room in basement. I strongly believe such rooms should be sealed immediately and tourism authorities must take strict actions Not recommended to stay here 1. Ceiling leakage 2. Unhygienic environment 3. Foul smell of wetness I.e Seelan 4. Fungal coated almirah shelves 5. Dirty linen 6. Tiered pillow and quilt covers 7. Bathroom worst then Public shochalya 8. Unfriendly attendant 9. No cleaniess in room floors and beds, table and found pile of garbage laying on floor 10. 2.5 km away from lake bus stand

This is not hotel , even railway waiting room are cleaner and public toilets are better. Bedsheets were dirty even spider webs were there . It doesnt look like they at all clean there rooms. Rooms were stinking badly. How that uncleanliness is even possible . Staff is like not interested in you or your stay and worst thing is they called me and said that rooms are not available and alternative is there which i checked in internet costs 1/3 of the price. After much fighting they gave me rooms which again was not even worth of 500 bucks and i paid 2500 for that. I will suggest everyone, please don’t choose this if you don’t want to regret. My god what worst experience was that.
