Deluxe Lake Facing room is very unhygienic. Water glasses were not washed properly, when ever we asked to remove used glasses and provide the fresh ones, they just raise the used glasses in water give us back without proper cleaning. Hotel was undermaintences which was not communicated before booking.

The location is good, Parking is available but the rooms are not very clean.. hot water is available at a specific time (2 hours in the morning only).

The place is good but the room service was worst. The bedsheet was totally soiled and not washed properly. The major issue is of hot water which comes only in the morning. If you are opening a hotel in a hilly area it's so evident that people will be requiring hot water 24×7 . I was really disappointed by the service.
