Dear [GoStops Customer Service], I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had during my stay at GoStops Kasar Devi. Upon arrival, we discovered that the rooms we had booked were located 200-250 meters down the mountain, a detail that was not mentioned during the booking process. This presented a significant challenge as we were traveling with a person who had a ligament injury, making the descent difficult and unsafe. Despite our predicament, the receptionist was unwilling to arrange an extra bed to accommodate our situation. Furthermore, the overall safety of the place felt compromised, adding to our concerns. In an attempt to resolve these issues, I approached the manager. However, the encounter was marked by extreme rudeness, and he flatly denied any willingness to address or rectify the problems we were facing. Given the circumstances, we made the difficult decision to leave the premises. Surprisingly, only one person from our group stayed at the establishment that night, yet I was still charged for both rooms. This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied with the level of service and accommodation provided by GoStops. I believe that such matters should be addressed promptly and professionally, and the dismissive attitude of both the receptionist and the manager has greatly tarnished my perception of your establishment. I kindly request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate action to rectify the issues raised. Additionally, I expect a refund for the second room, as it was not utilized during our stay due to the aforementioned circumstances. I had a superb experience here. The staff was very polite and calm..Rooms are clean and well maintained.. location is also super. Faces an issue with their food.. food taste was not at all good giving a feeling of hostel food only 😅
