I had an exceptional stay at Hotel GRT Grand Kakinada. The staff, especially Food and Beverage Managers Prabhakaren and Kumaren, went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. Their attention to detail and friendly service truly enhanced my stay. The hotel's ambiance, coupled with delicious food, made it a delightful experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Kakinada.

The restaurant is certainly in the luxury segment in the city. But the food was bland and okay at best. The buffet seemed no better with more in the desert section and barely anything in the main course. You can expect a decent "experience" but certainly not good food. The restaurant should really put in the effort to do better.

Excellent location and rooms are neatly made. Service on check-in very slow and we had to wait for 45 minutes though we had advance bookings. Least response to any of questions on pool use, the very publicized cool feature of hotel. Website of hotel while booking said discount if Amex card used, nothing offered while completing the transaction, may be outdated Webpage.

Dear Team Best experience of our Stay at GRT .. Truly happy memorable experience. The staff so courteous and friendly. The room was so beautiful and loved the special little gestures that made it even more delightful 🙂... The spread at the breakfast and dinner was so well balanced and tasty ... Would love to visit again and will surely recommend it to near and dear ones. Keep it going Team !!! Kudos to each of you !!
