Food is delicious! But their Menu Card is very very old in torn condition with full of bacteria. Told several times to get the new Menu Card printed when previously visited. But, NO USE!

The worst possible service ever. Food is not at all served on time. They took 20min to get onions and served gravy after we completed fried rice. AC was switched off after we entered and they told that AC automatically gets off after 30min. They took 30min to switch on the AC. When asked for one item, all the staff went inside kitchen and we served food for ourselves. Pathetic service. If there's an option, I'd give 0/5.

Horrible experience for event we have made in one of the banquet halls.Not even able to fill the rice on time.I don't understand how a common item like rice is not fulfilled by these guys on time. Not even provided a room for dress change even after booking the hall. The MD himself talks in no sense, he treats guests in banquet hall 1 in one way and guests in banquet hall 2 in another way citing some funny reasons and because of that we are not allowed to use Mike as it will cause disturbance to other banquet hall guys..and they are allowed to use Mike and he doesn't care about disturbance causing to us. If that's the case he should have mentioned while booking the hall.He haven't mentioned these and charged all the 100 percent of amount at the time of booking itself. Mike doesn't work for the event and songs couldn't be played....horrible experience ever.
