5-star for food. Booked the party hall for my son’s first birthday thinking it is a popular hotel and is in a good location but the service made us very disappointed , We have asked to start food counters between 7-7:30 but it is actually started around 8:40 , lot of our guests had already left without having dinner , the ones who stayed back had to wait more than 5 minutes for each item, no soup cups available after 20 people where we have booked the venue for 55 , manager was running all over by himself from kitchen in ground to 6th floor saying there are understaffed today but appreciate his efforts we booked the venue one month ahead to ensure they don’t come up with this kind of flaws, pathetic service totally spoiled our event, there were no one to serve or help the guests . Food was great , but services made it of no use . We have booked the food for 55 guests where hardly 50 people attended, also few guests left without having dinner but manager said there are 70 people and have to pay for 70 after a bit of discussion he made the final bill for 62 which is again unacceptable

The room was good, but there was seepage from the ceiling in the corridor, due to which there was a musty smell. The staff were courteous. The food in the restaurant Onyx was good, though the service was slow.

Online booking was confirmed but on arrival they said they rejected booking and did not accept. They were saying our corporate delhi office emailed the yatra etc. however our booking was done on cleartrip. The attitude of receptionists Ms Suhani and her senior(I suppose) was not at all welcoming and of helpful nature. We booked HHI thinking it is one of the better options in this locality but their receptionists showed their colors. Even if they cannot host us, at least needs to be polite and welcoming.
