Great hotel, perfect location right beside the tea plantations and the starting place for hikes. We actually came here after our other accommodation fell through and they gave us their last room at 10pm - and now we're so glad that we got to stay there! The staff was so helpful, professional and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were new and well maintained. It was amazing value for money. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Loved our stay at Hillview! The manager, Ryan and all the staff took great care of us, were so sweet and friendly and made us feel we were totally at home. This really made our stay in Munnar so special. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and great quality! Location is great as it's easy to get to Munnar and local sights but is set a little out of town and away from the busy roads. We also stayed for NYE and loved the effort the hotel went to to make a fun night.

Perfect place to stay in Munnar. Hotel is super, facilities are good, room is spacious, location is perfect. Food can be improved, paid 300Rs for buffet breakfast but there were not many items. Overall it was a good stay. Recommended for families

Very clean…attentive desk and restaurant staff. Restaurant was fairly complete with S Indian food. Rooms were very clean and overall not the usual chaotic, noise of typical roadside India. There appeared to be secure parking. The staff were very attentive. Most visitors seemed to be S Asian-I did not see any western tourists The townsite of Munnar is a little over a kilometre away with not too difficult of a walk considering the typical blind corners and narrow turns. The community bus depot is a few hundred metres away..most shops, cafes and businesses would be a 30 minute walk at most.
