Worst experience ever.Poor services. Please don't choose worst resort "Himalyan Alpline". 1. TV not working 2. Water dripping in balcony 3. Snacks not available as per provided menu. 4. Smell of non veg dishes outside room 5. No welcome drink provided as per plan 6. Long wait for breakfast. 7. Drinking water not available in room. 8. Room not proper clear .9. Intercom not working

Rooms are spacious and clean and a great mountain view,food was nice and staffs are very cooperative

Rooms are fine but service not good as expected. Shortage of hot water when it was very much needed in such a cool place.Hotel is also in remote place. Menu was fine but repeated items everyday.

DO NOT BOOK anything WITH Ghumega India. Recently i had very bad experience with this travel agency. I get booked the hotel by this agent in manali on new year. The hotel name was the himalayan alpine resort manali. This resort is very far from manali and not as it looks in photos. I asked them to book another hotel because there are already number of negative reviews of this hotel but they booked this hotel only. There are no geyser in this hotel. And there was 18 hour of power outage out of 24 hours even we could not charge our mobile. Also at the time of checkout there were no option to reach the bus stand as the hotel is in isolation. After trying 2-3 hours we call to cab agency in manali and ask them to arrange a cab for us. They took Rs 1000 to drop us on bus stand and travel agency did not help us in this matter. Apart from the booking amount u need to spend Rs 1000 to reach from bus stand to this hotel and then again spend Rs 1000 from hotel to bus stand. This agent spoiled our new year. I don't recommend this travel agent.
