I wouldn’t return here nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Try to stay away from here. Pros: Only pro here is that has got a nice view and is built in/near a tea plantation. Breakfast was good. Cons: Worst service you can imagine. Let me share my experience in detail below: We paid around Rs. 26,000+/- for 2 Jacuzzi rooms for 2 nights. When we arrived there was a lady and another person at the reception, who were not at all welcoming (rude to be honest). Their attitude seemed as if they paid for us to stay there. One staff helped us take our luggage to the room. You will realize that the place is not that nice as you see in their photos, probably they were nice once but due to poor maintenance it’s beauty has faded. In the room, we realized Wifi not working and was cut off on both days saying it's under maintenance, no towel for hand wash (which we asked and they gave it later with some hesitation at first), there were power outages on both the days, Hot Water wasn't available on second day, the provided towels were too old (probably old as the resort itself) and for the final shock, we slept on a blood stained sheet! Didn't realize until the time of checkout when we were searching for our phone and removed the blanket from the top of the bed when we saw blood spots/stains on the sheet. We informed it when returning the keys and they were not even surprised and hardly cared. Later I saw another person reviewed with same experience, so they are aware of this and they do this purposefully! Never ever go here! Better not to get any diseases by staying in this unclean place.
