Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. We had a pleasant stay here. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. This property is located very near to temple. Receptionist Ms.Jayasree Panicker, the manager was helpful, very kind and polite. She also helped us in planning to see the near by places. Morning breakfast was complementary and it was very tasty and maintained with hygiene. An enjoyable and comfortable stay. Thank you 😊

We booked the room seeing the name international, 3 star, the photos and all. But when we reached there and had a look, the room looked very cheap, the cupboards were broken and bathroom was stinky. It was a very small room and not cleaned or maintained properly. I paid 4000 something but No kettle and toothbrush atleast maximum 1k can pay for a room like this.second thing their restaurant service is very wrost ,because they don’t know the meaning of buffet, only dosa available on their restaurant.

Good rooms, excellent services and good location. We had a marriage ceremony at this property and we got a superb service and support to make the event beautiful. We got excellent support from Their Operations Manager Jayasree Panicker and we thank her for the great support she extended. We had an amazing stay at Horizon international. Everything about the stay was great. Very close to the temple (3 mins walk), tasty breakfast buffet, comfortable rooms and most importantly very professional and courteous room service and reception staff. I want to specially thank Jayashree mam for her prompt follow ups and help in accommodating our special requests.
