Worst Hospitality !! The city is shaped by its people, not the other way around. My stay at a hotel in Kolhapur was marked by a series of unfortunate incidents, making it the worst hospitality experience I've had. Here's a breakdown: 1. Despite calling the hotel 30 minutes before my arrival, there was no one to guide me for parking or assist with my luggage. The promised ample parking turned out to be a myth, forcing me to wait for 30 minutes before reluctantly parking on the roadside with no safety measures in place. 2. The hotel's parking policy allowed cars only after 8 pm in the complex, but maneuvering into the non-standard-sized spaces required exceptional driving skills. An additional Rs 50 charge per night was imposed, and retrieving my car by 8 am was essential, as two-wheelers owned by shopkeepers would fill the space otherwise. 3. The hotel's hospitality was dismal, coupled with an arrogant attitude and a lack of customer support. Despite the assurance of a spacious room during booking, I was allocated a smaller one and coerced into paying extra for an upgrade on the spot—a clear trap. 4. Requesting room cleaning yielded disappointing results. Upon returning in the evening, we found the cleaning was subpar, a far cry from what I was paying for. 5. On the last day, it took me 30 minutes to park my car, exacerbated by a drunk assistant watchman who nearly collided with my vehicle during the parking process.

Location is good . But I had to wait to 1 HR with kid for formalities. Photos looks good . But it's interior is different but manageable with common pay parking area. Not recommended. Can book if you have no other good option with same price.just outside you get good Vada pav on stall.

Don't book this Lodge for family. Worst experience ever. Dirty room very unhygienic place to stay. The room was smelling like a toilet at a particular corner. I booked my room with breakfast and they provide Poha or Upma with tea only no other options available. Parking space is paid parking behind the building near a toilet (smell). Parking costed 100 Rs. The lodge is on 2nd floor, but the building looks like a busy commercial building and the approach way is not good. I don't know how Goibibo has this type of hotel in their recommended list.
