I recently had the misfortune of staying at Landmark Hotel, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment I checked in, it was evident that the management and service were abysmal. The management seemed completely indifferent to the concerns of guests. When I raised issues with the cleanliness of my room, I was met with apathy rather than a genuine effort to address the issues. It felt like they were more interested in avoiding responsibility than ensuring a pleasant stay for their guests. The service was shockingly bad. Staff members were rude and unresponsive, making me regret choosing this hotel for my stay. Requests for basic amenities were ignored, and when I did manage to get a response, it was accompanied by an attitude that left a lot to be desired. To add insult to injury, the food was a complete waste. The dining experience was subpar at best, with tasteless dishes that left me questioning the quality of the ingredients used. It was a stark reminder that this hotel falls far short of the standards one would expect. In conclusion, Landmark Hotel is a prime example of how poor management, terrible service, and substandard food can ruin a guest's experience. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to explore other options that prioritize customer satisfaction and basic hospitality

It's a nice cozy hotel at a very prime location. Suitable for family as well as single occupancy. Rooms are clean. Common parking is available for the whole building which includes other offices, shops as well

As per my opinion this is the best hotel to stay in that price. The location is the plus point of this hotel. Cause Kolhapur bus stand is just 5 minutes walking distance away from hotel. Railway Station is also five minutes away from this hotel. If you want to travel in Kolhapur then you can get bus easily from Central bus stand to everywhere. Food options - Nearby this hotel there is lots of restaurants and small stalls to eat Any kind of food. This hotel is in the main part of the Kolhapur. Every transportation options are just nearby this hotel. Rooms - Hotel Landmark is quite old. So the rooms are also get some stains on floor and everywhere. Rooms are clean. Rooms are too much tiny. But it's really okay okay to one day stay. Staff - Staff is too polite and friendly. They provide everything you need. This hotel is too much calm and managed well. Hot water - Whenever you want Hot water to bath, then you have to inform them about that. Then they on the geezer. I don't know why they have this kind of thing about hot water. But it's kinda problematic to anyone. Wi-Fi - They provide Wi-Fi also.
