The hotel property is amazing. The city view from the rooftop and restaurant is amazing. We had two nights and was one of the best stays in Shillong. The hotel staff and manager were extremely courteous and helpful. The food at restaurant was amazing. You will love this place if you are a dog lover as this hotel has adopted dogs and take good care of them. The room was spacious and had all the amenities. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Beautiful and spacious rooms. The hotel is exceptionally clean and hotel staff are well courteous and prompt. Room is cleaned everyday and beds are very comfortable. Although the location is in scenic surroundings, it's away from city center and one needs to depend on hotel meals most of the time. Giving one star less due to provision of breakfast after 8.00 am which can cause delays for those who plan to go sightseeing

I visited Shillong from Singapore with my wife. Acropolis exceeded all my expectations. Hotel staff was really fantastic especially front desk manager Pradeep. He was very friendly, courteous respectful and responsible. Rooms are very good size and beautifully designed. One of the day we lived in penthouse suite. This was so beautiful with outstanding views. View from hotel is excellent, you can see entire Shillong. Highly recommend this hotel

The hotel interiors are outstanding and unique, i have been to several 5star hotels, but this one was amazing. Room - The view from the room balcony was breathtaking, room itself was extremely beautiful, and they went one step further by providing room heater and bed heater blankets. Food - I ordered mughlai chicken, and it was very yumm, would definitely recommend that one. Service - Hotel staff and the manager was very friendly and helpful. Must visit.. A happy customer 😊😊
