There can’t be a worst stay than this property in whole Shillong. Firstly they don’t guide well about parking due to which my husband ended up in someone else’s private property. Their parking is 150 metres away from the property and they don’t provide any assistance to drivers viz washrooms or anything. Next is their rooms which are so poorly designed. Washrooms will always be wet. We asked them for room heater to which they refused and when asked for extra blankets as it was freezing cold they said wrong number first and when we called again they said coming in 5 mins but no one came and we were shivering in our room the whole night. Breakfast was pathetic . I will attach the pictures, see for yourself. It was so dirty as if pigs are grazed here. Lastly we booked this room for 3 nights from 28 dec to 31 dec but due to such a terrible time there we decided to check out on 29 dec. And David refused to refund our money. Thank God we had paid only 50 percent in advance which was 6720. Their room is worth 500 rupees. I don’t recommend this property to anyone who is here for a vacation as they are going to spoil your mood

I must say the hospitality the owner of the hotel name David gave was just out of the blue and his team of dynamic staffs were so helpful in every way possible when I needed their services. The hotel has a very friendly budget per room for all guests. The room service is fantastic and the view from the swimming pool and dinning hall site is mesmerising specially at night and early morning. Where safety is concerned I rate hundred percent safety. I recommend any guests coming from India and abroad to stay in this luxurious hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hygiene of any hotel is important and the owner has made sure that this is his top priority. The mangers Manish and the lady were so friendly. Each and every staff of the hotel made sure we enjoyed our stay in the hotel and really made us like we felt we were at our home. Place is well located. Thanks so much David for your awesome hospitality. My best wishes are always there for the success of your business.

Polite and friendly staff..food is good just the rice can be bit better( 2 times we got our rice not fully cooked)and portions of food is not so much..overall nice reasonable price hygiene is ok(first night we got a smelly blanket)If the management double check the sheet and blanket it will be perfect

Majority of the staffs are helpful & the room is clean & looks hygienic . The problem is the location & the area it has , its very confusing & hard to park . Moreover we booked but a staff didn't registered it , luckily we got the room since there were still some unbooked rooms. The wifi is terrible it keeps disconnecting. It is not stable & has multiple wifi connection under the same name with little to no difference . Lastly the price at Google was different than the price in actual meet up . But since staffs were kind the day still ended with peace .
