Clean rooms . And the water was also okay. The service and overall everything was good except for the parking. Two wheeler parking was outdoors and a building away. But overall a good hotel at reasonable price. Tea sachets, coffee and kettle provided. Additional Water provided on request after exchanging the empty glass bottle. The tv was a bit funky in our room. In a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes away from main road.

The rooms are nice. Service is also good. The only con is that they don't have a kitchen for lunch or dinner but as a compensation they allow zomato/swiggy orders which even they deliver to your room.

We booked Executive Deluxe room through MMT. But the basic facilities like Electric kettle was not their. Even after request they didn't provided. Another worst experience is somebody knocked our door at mid night and alot of noise people making outside. We afraid b/c we were new at that place. We talked to reception they somebody knocked by mistaken but they people were making noise even after complaint. In single line I can say I had worst experience there of all time in any hotel i ever stayed. Recommendation is far away I don't want pass through that hotel at night.

The hotel appears posh in the images listed on booking sites. The staff behaviour is not appreciatable. My experience was I had called in early to inform that I would check in late and when I showed up the room was ready. Initially they told me that the rooms were full and I had to pull out the booking from MMT and then they asked me to wait for an hour to set the room. After 5 minutes of rigorous shouting from my end , they offered a room in 10 mins. The room I had stayed in was not an executive deluxe ac room which I had booked, it was a normal room with ac. The ac was really old it would cutoff every hour and I had to get up and switch it on again. I noticed one more thing in the review section. The hotel team is posting an apology template under every negative reviews, which shouts out loud the hosts attitude that " we are gonna do nothing, you can blabber all you want". After nearly an hour of posting the review the copy pasted the reply template
