Rude hotel staff behavior. Dear Hotel Amit Regency, I am writing to you with great disappointment and frustration over the behavior of some of your hotel staff during my recent stay at your establishment. On [12/04/2023], I checked into your hotel with my friend and we were looking forward to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I had booked from oyo rooms and also paid fully. But when we went to the hotel, the hotel staff were asking for extra money. and they refused to give room. However, from the moment we arrived, we were met with unfriendly and unhelpful staff. we were met with rude and dismissive behavior. Furthermore, on multiple occasions, we were subjected to inappropriate comments and gestures from some of your staff members. This behavior made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome at your hotel. I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of your staff, as it is not reflective of the high standard of service that I expect from your hotel. I would appreciate it if you could take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that your staff members are trained to provide courteous and professional service to all guests. Very bad experience They charged extra amount at the of check in Sorry room Tv not working they are not provide RO water. They charged 1400 rs for 2 person we are staying there for two days but no one provided towel and bes sheet. Lots of mosquito are the water seepage at wash room side. Food quality is to poor tasteless Not suggested to any one

You're seeing the reviews even I did but had no choice so had to go there for one night stay I must say worst night of my life. No hygiene at all. uncomfortable at its peak. Could not even sleep due to mosquitos. Never go here not even as a last resort.
