Bad service non humanitarian specially night staff very rude.... if ask for hot water to drink by night in urgency they say abhi kiyu chaiye subha milega .... for every single work to be done u need to give them a tip of 50 or 100 or more . Reception employee always controls guest according to his facility . Misbehave with customers . Discrimination between customers is created by him on the basis they pay for room , tip, etc . If u are a pilgrimage vistor with family or kids or old citizens kindly dont stay. Executive room stayer face such a discrimination which we saw never in any other hotel. Over money minded They dont know the meaning of service , hospitality, and how to behave with a women .

The hotel is Best in Shirdi, I highly recommend it, I have been there for 2-3 days, I really loved it. The service they provide is best, Food taste is Best of shird, I have also try outside food but the food they serve is authentic, you can't get best food anywhere in Shirdi.
