My experience and also suggestion are as- 1. Bedroom size is well but BED is so damaged he had given like free of cost to us. 2. Room floors was not cleaned lot of hairs arr fallen there. 3. Bathroom is good but washbasins are very dirty and we can't get hot water in this winter tim 4. Most imp point our dinner plates are so dirty we washed by self realy , and we orders vegetarian foods but the parcel traywas totally contained the unnecessary gravy it was so bad Plz get improve this all for better experience for someone because had visited there with believe.

Don't even think of going to this hotel. The sardar sitting at the reception denied me entry stating that they don't allow couples although in websites like mmt goibibo policies state that couple entry with local Id allowed . When called from customer care they were paying only half the refund. When I checked in the rooms are pathetic not cleaned at all. The rooms are very small compared to what is shown in pics . I am giving one star because that is the least otherwise I would have given minus stars. Anybody seeing this message pls don't book and give rating 1 star so that they don't get fake rating and others are not misguided.

UPON OPENING THE ROOM, IT WAS FULL OF STINKS, THE COUCH, TELEPHONE, BEDSHEET, THERE WERE VERY DIRTY STAINS ON THEM, UPON ASKING TO CHANGE THE BEDSHEET THE A/C OF THAT ROOM BECAME FAULTY AND IT GOT BURNED RIGHT 5 MINS AFTER TURN ON, THE 2ND ROOM WHICH THEY PROVIDED HAD VERY THIN MATTRESS, WE COULD'T GET PROPER SLEEP ON IT, THERE WAS NO SOAP EVEN FOR WASHING HANDS AND THE STOOL IN BATHROOM WAS MISSING TOO. DIDN'T KNEW THE HOTEL DIDN'T HAD LIFT/ELEVATORS NOT SUITABLE FOR FAMILY AND ELDERS.

The rooms are good and the bathroom was ok. I mean just okay. The staff over there was good and are having a helpful nature. But i was very disappointed by the manager because at the time of doing check out he asked for extra money by giving excuse of GST and more the simple thing is if you want to charge the GST you should tell the customer at the time of doing Check in not at the time of Check out. And when i asked for the bill themanager denied to give. Over all the hotel is good. but you must be aware of being getting extra charged by the hotel manager
