Best rooms to stay.. Nice rooms which were very clean and Hygienic. Management is also well experienced and co-operating and with helping nature, also rooms are having good scenery, just only one small concern about the betterment of the hotel as per my experience I would suggest please improve some food quality and. Also make some good dining place with good ambience for dinner and breakfast.... Anyways other good experience.. Please prefer this hotel anyone who is visiting kodaikanal...

Had a wonderful stay at this place. Food is good. Room is very hygienic. Water heaters are placed in rooms which is very helpful for having a warm glass of water in this cold weather.

Rooms service is decent. Restaurant is very poor, it is very conjusted and it's really hard to walk in between narrow way. The food is worst, (As a vegetarian) the veg and non veg food has been served by same waiter with same the same hand. In my opinion not everyone is comfortable with the mixing of veg and non veg food

Rooms Rooms are ok, but not maintained properly. Service - One of the worst service by staff and restaurant. Restaurant guy is very rude and manager on desk very poor in handling customer. Worst experience in kodaikanal.I arrived at 8 pm and went for restaurant they said come after 9 pm that too very rude. Restaurant not ready to take even order..... Location - Third class location. I stayed with my family for 2 days. I have mixed feelings. Rooms & Premises: 1. They are very good. Spacious. Looks clean, neat and modern. 2. Hotel and common area looks good and clean 3. NO VIEW. Its in between rush area. Restaurant & Service: 1. Room Service is just OK. 2. Hot water limited between 6.30 am to 10.00 am. They will say that geasure will work for reminding perio, but it wont work. 3. Breakfast is free. But its worst. Food in restaurant is very worst. The helpers in restaurant are slow and the vibe is very bad. 4. I never tasted this much bad food in my life. Overall experience: Hotel is decent rooms. Restaurant is worst. You can't eat there. Its near to bus stop and kodai lake.
