I recently had the opportunity to stay at the “Hotel Ashish Plaza" during my vacation in Pune I must say that it was a truly delightful experience. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was impressed by its the exterior and beautiful gardens. The staff greeted me warmly and were happy to assist with any queries. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. It’s well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a large bed, comfortable seating area and a clean bathroom. The room also had a desk and chair, a television, and a wardrobe, which was convenient for storing any snacks or beverages. The only thing I felt is, this hotel is a bit costly because I just had to stay for one day but seeing the amenities and services, I can say it's worthy. If you're planning for staycation or staying in a good and standard hotel, go for it. I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Ashish Plaza. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend it to my colleagues!

I chose this hotel as it is quite an old hotel so I thought they must be acquainted with professionalism. But unfortunately the services are bad. Moreover, in spite of being in a dream location i e. at. the heart of Deccan, the management has failed to keep up with changing times. The beds are old having the old system of switches without any charging point which even the mediocre hotels have in these days. I had taken 2 rooms in which the fan of one of the rooms was not working. In spite of having a centrally cool system, every time on coming into the room, the AC has to be switched on manually. The breakfast options are limited with repetition at alternate days. What is worse that they take 10-15 mins to serve a simple grilled butter toast and the explanation they give is they have a big machine so it takes time to toast the bread. I can't understand why can't they buy a simple pop-up and keep it with other breakfast items. It will save time of their guests who have to sit idle looking here and there for a long time waiting for the simple bread n butter and also efforts of the staff. Also, they have a very less staff especially at the breakfast so even to get a glass of water you need to wait for 5 minutes
