Read before going ! Worst possible hotel on this planet Moron staff unprofessional behaviour from owner Rats everywhere, one of the rats even bit my driver during night. Staff was rude !!! Worst service A hot water kettle took them 3 hours No hot water in washrooms. Dirty blankets and pillows Sub standard service CMHO should have a look here !

DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL.:..Pathetic!!! I can’t think of a worse word for this hotel right now but please understand it is THE worst!!!! There are rodents in this hotel. A rat bit us at night and the hotel staff was not ready to take any responsibility, probably because they keep rats as their guests too in the hotel…. Really the worst! Very rude stuff!!! Really really PATHETIC!! I don’t even want to give 1 star but that is not an option… please NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER!!!!

B fine but not so fine. Such a terrible, awful hotel. It's merely a hostel between residential areas; it's not a hotel. The walls of the room are moist with a bad odour. There are no hooks on the bathroom door, no water at night and the extension phone in the room doesn't function, so you have to call the front desk. The best part is that we paid 200₹ per person for breakfast when we checked in, and the front desk confirmed it would be served till 11 am. However, at 10:30, they informed us there was no breakfast available, and after much argument, tea was served at 11:40 am. Such a pathetic experience.

Extremely disappointed!! I have booked executive rooms. Hotel gave room with no sofa and table but it was mentioned in executive room category. Later when I asked they have given me another executive rooms. But it's washroom was pathetic- Door, WC seat, tap all were damaged. Room service was miserable, you have to keep calling and reminding them, even for water. Highly disappointed will not recommend anyone.
