PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!! We had a horrible and unforgettable experience in this hotel. We avail an AC room #111, the AC itself was struggling to keep the room cool, and it was making terrible noise! but hey that's a 15 yrs old AC! And at 10PM the AC finally said bye bye to this world! When we informed this to the manager named "Apu" he showed us an alternative room where the AC machine is also faulty and making noise like a generator (Room # 119) and you can hear the noise even from outside of the hotel. He said we have to manage there or we can check out! And practically he did that! He threw the money on our face and kicked us out of the hotel itself at 11 PM, we were husband, wife and with our son who is only 6 yrs old! They showed us muscle power as they were locals and threatened us to pack our bags and move out. We went to the police station as well, they said someone will go there in front of the hotel and settle things up, and asked us to wait in front of the hotel itself. But practically that didn't happen, which we can simply imagine from any W.B. police department. We had to find a hotel far from beach to stay over the night. If you are reading this review, then go anywhere but not hotel Babylon! That's the last place you'd want to visit if you really don't want to ruine your tour!

This Hotel Does not require any stars because it is an "Estar " Hotel. The rooms are Terrible, Dirty, and Uncomfortable. The main thing is that if you complain about their room conditions and services, the staff are very straightforward they answered that "this is not a 5-star property so adjust they are helpless." Highly not Recommended. But I must say they allow my wife to use the kitchen to prepare my 2-year-old baby boy's food which is highly appreciated.
