My room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a breathtaking view of the surrounding area. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room amenities were well thought out, enhancing the overall comfort of my stay. The staff exhibited a high level of professionalism and courtesy throughout my stay. They were quick to address any queries or requests, making me feel valued as a guest. Overall , it was delightful experience

I booked a deluxe AC room for 3 people accomodation here. I stayed here for 2 nights and going to list down what I felt during the entire stay. 1. Reception was well behaved till you interact with them. They don't bother to look at you until you get their attention. 2. We had complimentary wifi but was not offered or their password was shared with us during the entirety of the stay. Did not know that we even had free wifi till we were checking out. 3. The AC delux room is not "delux" by any standards. It only had window ac which is loud and an extra single bed beside a king size bed. When we reached the rooms lights were not working, the blankets were smelling like dead skin and the room had no dressing table for my mother and my wife to use. Also the bathroom lights were not working and had to notify the reception to change the bulb. 4. The room has no landphone to call reception. In order to get service you will get the hotel's visiting card with the bell boy's number written behind it. 5. The bell boy's behavior and apt action is very good. He had a maximum 2 min response time and extremely gentle behavior. 6. The location from the beach to hotel is okayish. My mother was able to walk with her leg issue either to or from the beach one way no issue. You'll get toto all time outside hotel. 7. Room service is chargeable of 10 percent of the bill.
