What truly set Hotel BG Inn apart was the outstanding service, and in particular, the delightful behavior of Bathish, one of the staff members. Bathish's polite and respectful demeanor left a lasting impression on me. He went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, and his warm and friendly nature made me feel genuinely welcome. Such outstanding customer service is a rare find and undoubtedly one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel's location near Majestic was a significant advantage, as it allowed me easy access to various attractions, shopping areas, and transportation hubs. Whether you're in Bangalore for business or leisure, this central location is hard to beat.
