Top end service. Friendly staff and Owner. Full co operation by the management. Awesome Food, Cleanliness, Hygiene etc overall calln be rated at 9 on 10.

A complete fraud. I booked 3 rooms with breakfast included but many things were charged extra. No one told as that this will charge extra before giving it. Even in breakfast they charged tea extra and told us that only first serve was complimentary. We were total 7 people and we first ask for 5 teas and they told us if you have asked for 7 teas together we could have given in first serve. So inshort their breakfast policy is total fraud don't assume breakfast is unlimited like every other hotel. They will put 2 water bottles in your room and that will be also charged extra even if you don't drink it and they will also not tell you at the time of giving bottle that it will charge extra. Reception guy was so rude saying you Gujrati don't know anything we own 35 hotels in Indore. Also the tea that were charged extra we didn't drink it because that was having dead bug in it. I will ask atleast every Gujarati to don't go for this hotel because they have bad attitude towards us.

Hotel location : Good. Quite centrally located and within reach of the places we wanted to visit. Staff : Courteous and helpful. If you can speak Hindi...would be an advantage !! But.... Staff was extremely professional, polite, very well spoken and helpful. He ensured our stay was comfortable and nice. Thank you.
