Hotel Broadway Inn

Located in Main area of Jaipur. Surrounding locality is Transport and mechanic area. But then it's trade-off. Morning Buffet Breakfast is a big let down. It's waste even if you take it for including breakfast package. Service was very Poor Staff is less . Cleanliness esp the quality of Linen is dated .bathrooms are small n without proper lightning and ventilation. I think These days it's high prices and low Quality era. Avoid 3 stars in Jaipur becuz they r all 1 star. All 3. Stars have same status. Go for 4, stars stay for one night less than planned but then you won't regret it.

I recently visited the Broadway Inn Hotel with my husband, and I must express my disappointment with the service we received during our check-in process. Upon arrival, the staff insisted on seeing our identity proofs which we already showed and questioned why my husband's name was not mentioned on my ID card. I explained that I had obtained this ID card before our marriage, which is why his name was not listed.We have already provided them our valid id proofs which they denied but they keep on asking why my husband name is not mentioned. I dont think it is mandatory for a married women to show their husbands name in their id cards i want my father's name in all my id proofs. Instead of offering a reasonable solution or understanding our situation, the staff displayed a rude and unhelpful attitude. To make matters worse, they refused to provide us with a room in the middle of the night, leaving us in a difficult and uncomfortable situation. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I believe that a hotel's staff should be trained to handle such situations with more empathy and professionalism. I hope the Broadway Inn Hotel can take steps to improve their customer service to ensure a more welcoming and accommodating experience for all guests.
