The hotel rooms or services are not at all of "3-star" standard as mentioned in Google. Very poorly maintained rooms. No proper wardrobe is available also. The hotel owner will tell you not to hire auto as they will charge you a lot but it's just a strategy because he wants you to avail his OWN cab services which is okay but he will never reveal that he is the one who decides the fare for the cab. When you ask him to reduce the fare he will say it's not dependent on him it's about what the driver is asking for. Once you talk to the driver you will get to know he has no idea about the fare and he doesn't collect the fare also. It has to be given to the hotel owner. This is really not acceptable. If you are involved in the cab business you can clearly mention that to your customers.

A very conveniently located hotel, the owner and his son both are very very helpful. Had been there in August and they were very helpful to treat us when we needed and he treats you like a family member. Clean and well maintained hotel. Even very economical compared to what other hotels are charging during prime season. A nearby to Botanical garden and shopping area.

We visited for 2 days. The hotel is nearby from the bus stand. Rooms provided for us were neat and clean. Mr. Mariyadas is very friendly and guided well for site seeing places. The hotel is a comfortable and safe stay for families.

A nice hotel located at a prime location in Ooty which is at a walkable distance from the Upper Commercial Street. The rooms are quite good and neatly maintained. All basic amenities like good drinking water, hot water in the bathrooms and the room services are all available. Service of the hotel staff is also commendable. On the whole, a recommended option for travellers in Ooty to have a comfortable stay!

One of the finest place. Budget rooms are so neat and clean. Have very much enough space. All basic amenities available. Definitely price worthy. Manager and staffs are super friendly. Don't know much about food, as we didn't take from them. But helpfully they are allowing outside food even from swiggy and zomato. Food truck outside their madras Rasoi restaurant was not that much good enough to satisfy our taste buds. Highly recommended for family people as they are so caring. Very safe and secure place. Meanwhile, they are very much strict about checkout timings. I think they are running full house and that makes bit unhelpful for guests. Overall, one of the best in the city and will never have a second thought to come back again
