Preethi classic is centrally located in ooty .Amenities Botanical park , rose garden close by. We like ther hospitality and staff service. We stayed for 3 days 3 nights with six member family. The services at room were good , everything well taken care. The buffet service for breakfast and dinner was also good. A huge variety of spread was provided. Chef for breakfast Mr Raj was very polite and courteous helped us pack lunch for travel as desired. We were provided warm water to drink at every table. The bathing water and wash basins had hot water at any hour of the day , from early morning to late night. Over all we found the service good and people staff very warm and helpful.

This is my first experience in this hotel 🏨 warm welcoming .The behaviour of the hotel staffs are very nice . Specially front office Guest Relationship Executive miss Papori very helpful and well mannered. Very nice atmosphere n location 👍 Room was very comfortable n clean . Food was excellent.

We booked this hotel via mmt. It overall a very good experience staying here. Room and food quality is very good. Staff is helpful and available all the time. Good atmosphere. They have gym and activity area also. We also got heater by paying extra amount which they already mentioned in hotel details.

Preethi Classic Towers is one of the most iconic and outstanding hotels at Ooty. It's just not an hotel but also a friend indeed when u r in need. It rescued me when I was wondering to find a hotel room at night and arranged one room for me . The service is outstanding , the food is delicious, rooms are super clean, location is fantastic and staff are so cordial and on standby any time. I will do injustice to my self if I donot mention the name of GM Nazrul Islam and the all smiling and courteous lady Papori Gogoi. I feel , it's Nazrul sir's personality and super helping attitude that would keep the hotel alive and going high for generation. I request all hotel owners to acknowledge Nazrul as role model and Papori as a sample of Guest relationship executive. Wishing Preethi hotel all the best . With love from Assam.

I recently stayed at hotel Preethi classic tower with my family for a very short period of time and we wanted to stay there a bit longer if we could because of their top class service. Every staff member there was very kind, helpful and professional. Especially Junaid, Aparna and Mukesh Ji they took care of small details and made sure that we had a pleasant stay there. Most of the staffs were Bengali, it truly made us feel like home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. And if I visit Ooty again I am going to stay here for sure.
