Hotel locality, nice fancy rooms you can find in any hotel but service it’s hard to find until you experience it. I would highly appreciate the staff from front desk to back end. Nice staff, kind gesture specially if you’re traveling with baby don’t hesitate to opt this hotel. Very proactive, they understand what we need at what time. I had good time in this hotel. Wish you continue the same work. Love to visit soon. I would rate 100/10. Thanks Farid ( Room no 111)

It is a great hotel, very near to the beach. If you walk, it will take you around 10 minutes. Good breakfast spread. The service from the staff is amazing, they try their best to make you comfortable. I found the rooms to be a bit dark than my liking, i would have liked a bit more light inside.

Our stay at the Hotel Citrus Prime in Candolim was a terrible experience from the 24th until the 28th Jan24. The staff starting from the receptionist Padampriya to their GM, Mr. Gagan Sharma were really very rude and had the audacity to blame their customers(us) of staying in triple occupancy, whereas we clearly mentioned the from the day 1, that we have 2 rooms booked, one on double occupancy (us as husband and wife) and we also had my sister who booked on single occupancy. They didn't feel the importance to clarify or ask, rather easily said "It's not acceptable that we are staying in triple occupancy". The rooms had pathetic view, they didn't had any electrician and didn't knew what happened when our room lights went out and they were not able to fix it. The drainage was bad, there were no Hand towels in the room and when asked we got one after 2 days. Rooms had damp in the rooms and to add to our horror and distress about our stay was when we ordered dinner to the inhouse restaurant, the service person confirmed that they would send the food in around 40 mins. However when we checked after around 30 mins, the service guy mentioned that the order was not placed as the KITCHEN people have DENIED accepting the order as they are running busy. THIS IS SIMPLY NOT ACCEPTABLE AS THEY DENIED EVEN SERVING THEIR OWN IN-HOUSE CUSTOMERS. THE ESSENCE OF HOSPITALITY OF TREATING ITS CUSTOMERS FIRST AND SERVING THEM TO THE BEST, SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN TOTALLY MISSING WITH THIS PROPERTY. I Would absolutely request everyone to refrain from doing any booking with this hotel. DO NOT EVER STAY AT HOTEL CITRUS PRIME, CANDOLIM, GOA.

We planned our holiday trip to Goa and stayed for 4 nights in a citrus prime hotel which was previously Kyriad Hotel Candolim. Below are some points which I like and don't like. Location: it is situated in prime location and candolim beach is situated 5 to 7 minutes away from the hotel. Taxi stand is also two minutes away so you need not book scooty or car previously. You can book it directly there in very reasonable rates. Calangute and Baga is 15 to 20 minutes away. Reception: reception service is excellent. They were available 24 hours. Kitchen staff: kitchen staff is amazing and handled everything very nicely at the time of breakfast. As I've a toddler so I asked them to make khichdi for her (dal and chawal provided by us). They made it. Breakfast: delicious and amazing breakfast with different options like First day: sandwich, sprouts, butter, jam ,toasted bread, boiled egg, juice, fruits papaya water melon or pineapple,idli sambar,masala omelette ,coffee and tea (these are fixed menu for everyday) and chhole Puri, vermicelli. Second day: fixed menu + alu bhaji and paratha, pasta, poha. Third day: fixed menu+ vatana bhaji and poori, upma, pakode. Fourth day: fixed menu+ pav bhaji, pakode, vermicelli, alu bonda. Room cleaning service: it is not upto the mark. When we reached no toothbrush and sleepers were there. We asked them then they provided it. Balcony was not that clean we asked them to clean, they clean it with the duster only didn't do any mopping. Everyday we've to emphasize on cleaning the room when provided the key at reception still floor was not that much cleaned. Room: our room category was prime. Room size and washroom size was huge. Tv phone fridge electric kettle were available. I asked for first aid box as I got injured at the beach they provided it immediately. I asked for hair dryer they provided. Bedsheet and Blankets were clean and white. Sofa cum bed was available in our room. Gym : was also available but construction was happening over there. Swimming pool: good swimming pool with 4ft height. Changing room also available. Lift: lift was spacious. Parking available I'll surely like to take stay in this hotel. Want to give it 5* but because of cleaning service I would like to give 4*.

we stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The property is at 5 min walking distance from the candolim beach. Other beaches like calangute and baga are also reachable in 5-10 mins, if you rent a scooty. The hotel is at the heart of the area surrounded by some good restaurants and we had lot of options and cuisine to choose from. Hotel was neat and clean, with very helping staff and great room service.
