Issues: Cleanliness, TV & Geyser not working, Exhaust not working in washroom. Poor Ventilation, Poor condition of the room, Bed and Lenin are in poor condition. Complimentary breakfast was not served. Kitchen was not even open till 10AM. Couldn't even get a cup of coffee. Towels were dirtier than any of the cloths. No Parking for 4 Wheeler. Positives: Humble manager, Dinner was ok(Though it takes 1 hour for simple roti and sabji). Conclusion: will not recommend anyone to stay here.

I travel from Jammu to New Delhi often, and I always order food from this hotel, I loved it...5 stars for food...rest o didn't visited hotel ever so can't rate it ....awesome taste and reasonable prices.

I ordered it's e-catering facility through IRCTC. Food not got delivered in time. I put on a complaint at the portal. But no refund is received till yet. Totally fruad hotel
