Worst experience!!! The hotel service desk person was rude and asked me to pay in cash at 11PM in night stating that his card machine is not working. I had to checkout early next morning and he asked to arrange cash from anywhere and it's not his problem. Originally he produced a bill of 4230 and when I started to checkout he insisted that I have to pay more because I took breakfast though I didn't. Since I was getting late, I had to pay him that too. Such rude/ unprofessional service desk people should not be allowed to work
