worst to worst hotel i have ever seen Untidy rooms full of cockroaches roaming in the room and on bedseets. no hot water. Prices are too much high even they overchaged the mineral water which is generally given in every hotel. I would highly recommend that dont check in to this hotel. If you really want a good stay. You will get better or i can say far better then this property in this price range.

It's a very nice hotel in a main city just at a walkable distance for Tajmahal I always book this hotel for my guests because the price and service both are excellent As an travel agent I will suggest this property for individual travellers or to travel agents also

Hi.. recently I stayed in Hotel Crystal Retreat, Agra.. (4D3N).. HCR is located in a very ideal place..where you can reached to restaurants..some shopping places within walking distance.. even TajMahal was quite nearby to the hotel. Talking about the Hotel..I had a great hospitality and comfortable stay.. the staffs were very friendly. Specially the cook..Soma Baiya..such a great cook and down to earth person. I throughly enjoyed his cooking. Shakeb Ji the owner of the Hotel.. is so lovely n joyful person..such a sweetheart..so accommodative. Last but not least.. I would definitely recommend this hotel..if anyone searching for a accommodation in Agra.. Malar@MK Malaysia
