I recently had the displeasure of booking a stay at the Fab International Hotel in Delhi, and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite the attractive rates they advertise, the overall service left much to be desired. First and foremost, their payment process was a source of frustration. Fab International Hotel provides the option to pay at the hotel, which initially seemed convenient. However, after making a reservation, I received a barrage of emails demanding payment of 339 rupees to avoid the cancellation of my booking. This was not only unexpected but also misleading, as it contradicted their "pay at the hotel" policy. Feeling uneasy about this situation, I attempted to reach out to their customer support to seek clarification on the extra charge, but my attempts were met with silence. The link provided for payment was also dysfunctional, making it impossible for me to proceed with the payment. This lack of responsiveness and technical issues added to my growing frustration. To add insult to injury, after a considerable period of radio silence, I received an email from the hotel stating that my booking had been canceled. This abrupt cancellation, without any prior communication or effort to resolve the payment issue, left me feeling not only inconvenienced but also disrespected as a guest. In the interest of fairness, I must note that Fab International Hotel did eventually offer a 10% discount as a supposed resolution to the problem. However, this offer came far too late and only after my booking had been canceled, leaving me with a sour taste in my mouth and no desire to continue with the reservation. In conclusion, my experience with Fab International Hotel in Delhi was marked by misleading payment practices, unresponsive customer service, and an overall lack of professionalism. I would strongly advise potential guests to exercise caution when considering this hotel for their stay. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Fab International Hotel to anyone seeking a reliable and hassle-free accommodation experience in Delhi.
