You would be greatly disappointed if you hold lot of expectations from this place. Let me give the balanced view Positive: (1) Polite and helpful staff. Mr Kedar Joshi is very helpful (2) Clean rooms and lobbies (3) spacious rooms Negative: (1) Old building structure with ample signs of leakages, minor cracks (2) Lack of amenities such as 24x7 hot water (3) fans, furniture and other utilities in the room are old fashioned (4) Restaurant is shabby

Nice and huge rooms, near to Temple 10 minutes walking distance, within 1km to tourist places like prachin kokan, magic garden, hotel sameer for dinner. Staff is cooperative.. Overall very nice experience.
