This is an old property, but well maintained. Swimming pool not working . Rooms has some old outlook but fir for purpose. I opted for non AC two family room and worked well for me Travelled in last week of December Good room service and nice sea view from top. Within 10 minutes walkable distance from temple

Worst service... In their online advertisement, they says breakfast included, Free wi-fi, swimming pool available.... But be aware... They do Charge for Breakfast.. That is also too costly as compared to other restaurants available near by... Second thing..they don't provide you Wi-Fi service... Third thing no swimming pool available... Apart from this...they charge extra Money for Children's accomodation...As per their views.. Childrens are not part of Family.. They charge Rs. 800 extra per children.... Person who is at reception counter will never tell you regarding all hidden charges....

The rooms are basic standard and service was also okay. Very basic amenities. Food was also okay.. some of the rooms have a good view.. it’s conveniently located 5-10min from ganpatiphule temple to the right and nice clean beaches to the left

We had taken a luxury ac room but service was really bad. None of the essential item worked. 1. Age old AC which didn't work at night. Stopped suddenly and entire night we had to spend without AC 2. Toilets were dirty and there was no hand spray and even shower was not working and broken 3. Age old TV which couldn't turned on by themselves. No clue to them how to make it work :) Such a worst and pathetic service I never experienced. It looks lavish from outside hence which checked in but to my surprise it turn out to be a nightmare. Stay away from such cheaters.
