They do not know how to treat customer. When asked why is the rates for people who are dinning-in less and more for the people who are staying even if we don't order through room service, the reply that they gave was " You don't do business on my policy so don't teach us". They don't even have a proper place to keep our luggage in the room. PLEASE DO NOT GO BY THE PHOTOS THEY UPLOAD.

I had a delightful experience during my stay at the hotel. The room was impeccably clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the amenities provided enhanced my overall comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Overall, I had a great experience with the Elysian Residency also staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to rest and work also. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Some of the best things I have liked here - 1- Staff behaviour 2- Food Quality ( Delicious) - Served spicy or you can instruct for your taste. 3- Smooth Check in 4- Room Service and cleanliness
