I Stayed there for 2 days. The food is tasty. Breakfast buffet has very less options. They keep 5-6 items but taste wise they are good. Rooms are very small, untidy. There central AC is not up to the mark and you have to end up with lot of sweat. The maintenance of this hotel is very bad. Owner should spend some money. Staff is good and understanding.

The food sucks. I had a tandoori platter yesterday with my friend. And today we both are suffering from food poisoning. The mushroom tasted soo bad. I had a doctor's notes. I gonna complaint to high management for sure.

Hotel Ambience is good, small small things, management not focusing on it. Rooms are spacious and clean but need to renovate almirah, rusty tap and shower, room lock card not available most of the time, a hotel staff come with you to open room. Restaurant staff behaviour are arrogance type for those who come from corporate MAP plan. Humble for those who come for drink and with family....This is my second visit from corporate side and i noted in both visit. I have MAP plan for 4 days but due to there behaviour we took service of restaurant of 2 days and other two days we went to Jaggi which is best.

Pathetic hotel with rude managers and staff, when you book a room here don't give them full payment as they are frauds. If you are satisfied then give them full money. They took 600 per person x 7 = 4200 for only breakfast and later refused to provide the same because they said *"Guest bahut kam hai breakfast buffet nahi lag payega"* At the time of checkout hotel staff said we will refund you online and now till date they are investigating this matter and asking me for names of there staff who are presented in the hotel at that time. I recommended my some family guests to stay there but that was my mistake. Hotel Equal inn @ real fraudster hotel in Patiala.
