A MOST enjoyable 3 night stay.From reception,staff and particularly the brilliant cook the service was efficient, friendly, good humoured and likable. It was our best hotel experience during 4 weeks traveling in India. We would love to come back. The hotel building itself is magnificent, with nearly beautiful gardens.

On Thursday, the 18th of January, a friend and I visited the historic Neemrana Baradari Palace. We were looking forward to a pleasant afternoon and settled near the bar and dining area. Despite a few occupied tables around us, a staff member approached us and abruptly requested that we move to another room, citing an inability to serve us there, despite others being served. His tone was rude, and when we reminded him that we were customers, he dismissively stated that we were "guests," which left us feeling disrespected because that’s what we were suggesting to begin with. Regrettably, we left feeling utterly disappointed. The behavior of the staff did not meet the expected standards of hospitality for a property of such high value and reputation. We hope this feedback proves helpful.

The worst experience in a 12,000 INR hotel. Royals never lived like this. While the building is an old palace and supposedly maintained by NeemRana, the upkeep of the place is shabby, decomposed and ugly to the core. The restrooms have no hot water in peak winters. You cannot take the excuse of old buildings and pipes for not providing basic amenities in Winter months. Restrooms have dripping toilets, puddles of water, water running in the restroom like sulabh shauchalaya (like public toilets in India), dead ants all over (look at the photos). Room #1 (Baba Ala Singh) & #4 ( Sahib Singh). Only after informing the staff second time (in 2 days) that they said they will do something about it. Weather you are with family, as a couple or alone, dirty and ugly restrooms is not a place to adjust. I don't think any king or Royal family lived like this in such conditions. If the idea was to mimic Royal stay, I doubt the actual royalty of Patiala family or Neen Rana's perception of royalty. Stay away, save your money, get a farmhouse AirBnB for a fraction of the price for better amenities.

Never gonna book this hotel for private event. They hired worst & dumbest staff spl gate man not sure this name bhinder who cannot communicate with you properly when you explain your problem or requirement, they ask you again you keep repeating it. behavior of staff is worst they act like company make them work forcefully. all of them are every arrogant from manager to labor.
