Gem of a property.. me and my wife really enjoyed our honeymoon in this property... the warmth and love we received in this hotel was next level. The rooftop bar was magical and the club was wild. Will visit soon

Rooms are spacious and have heater. The attached bath is simply excellent. Services and staff behaviors are excellent so far. The hotel environment is good. The view from the Executive suite is nice. I tried dinner and I loved the cooking. Breakfast also tastes good, but there should be more items. The only drawback is the location. I personally prefer the MG Murg area as it has lots of options for shopping and food. Five Gangtok is far from MG Murg and so far i haven't found any nearby restaurants and shopping options. Except for the location, I highly recommend this hotel.

Giving 1 star for their few staff members who actually made an effort to give a good service. Else i found most of them rude, lazy, slow, making fun of guest and money minded(specially the guy who drops the luggage in room and doesn't leave unless u pay him something). The hotel is not in main Gangtok, it's in Tadong, so it is advisable to explore some better properties as u'll end up paying extra for the cab for each ride u take for sightseeing or visiting gangtok. I won't be repeating the mistake of staying at five gangtok.
