I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel fortune palace in Jamnagar, and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience.From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service.Manager Mr lalit at the reception was courteous and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process.My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and had all the mode.The service at the restaurants was exceptional, with attentive staff who were knowledge.Throughout my stay, the staff at the Hotel went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.Specially Mr lalit is so attentive, responsive, and genuinely friendly, making me feel like a valued guest.I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were ok, large and clean. But unfortunately outside the room window were some sort of electrical unit making heavy noises. Had some problem with getting hot water in the shower too. Breakfast was ok. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

This hotel is very bad behaviour with their staff. I work here in kitchen. last month I work 24 days and I came Dubai for job they said to me that we will send your salary in your account. But now they are not sending me . It's totally bad behaviour with their staff.
