Worst ever experience. This place doesn't even deserve 1 Star. Very Terrible experience at this hotel. Check-in was chaotic, unprofessional staff. Room was cramped, musty, and unclean. Bed sheet was also unclean. Noise level was unbearable due to thin walls in washrooms. Amenities were a joke - there was a water in caroom board, TV was also not in working condition. There is no electricity in a room for a whole night. Management was indifferent to concerns. Please please please avoid this disaster of a hotel at all costs.

Room cleanliness is Okay. Room size is very small. Wash room size is unimaginably small. Cannot even bath. Huge difference between online and counter tariffs. In outskirts. No shops nearby. Cleanliness of restaurant is not good. Useless breakfast spread. Skipped breakfast. Only 2 items served, that too was oily ( Batura & Semia). No other items. Will not visit again.

Room is big and staff are very nice and helpful. As I am new to the place still they helped well. Two rooms have common area to sit and dine. Room has very small washroom definently feel uncomfortable. But I booked in goibiobo got for very less cost compared to offline price. The place is just beside railway track so continuous disturbance will be there but other features are good It has complimentary breakfast option too. Breakfast is worth for that money. Although don't have any options but what all provided are good to eat I recommend people to visit if they are in Jamnagar
