The room, location is great. Room service is slow, need to call many times for getting service. We had very bad experience with food. We went as a group of 4 and all of us got food poisoning due to the breakfast. The breakfast tasted good, but might be stale or prepared in a very unhygienic condition due to which all 4 of us suffered from severe food poisoning. I suggest not to risk with food at this hotel. The hotel management should take a note of this and inspect the hotel kitchen and make appropriate changes ASAP.

Stayed here on a weekend. Great asthetics good architecture. Rooms were clean. The best part is I had booked a normal ground floor room but when I reached the resort they gave me a free upgrade to the pool view room. Staff is also helpful.

It was our first experience of the hotel, we booked the hotel based on the review, but all the reviews are fake. They have done smart work by putting the photoshopped photos. The rooms and swimming pool was tiny, the room was not clean and tidy. The sated they have hired are from the village, not groomed and we'll mannered. The hotel is good for marriage or anniversary celebration. Don't waste your money and don't get mis guided by the reviews.

The hotel looked good. But didn't have proper staff. Also, the buffet food was the worst, causing food poisoning to many people in our group (more than 50% people in our group got up with food poisoning). Despite saying and complaining several times their extremely slow food service did not improve at all. If you are going to this hotel please check all the reviews properly as many reviews mention the problem of food that the hotel has, as it could ruin your vacation due to some severe food suffering.

Very very bad experience 😕. Our holiday turned into nightmare, out of a group of 28 people, 24 people got vomiting and loose motions. The rooms were not up to the mark, bathrooms were not cleaned, food was also not up to the mark. The rates r high and the services were below average. No napkins were provided in the washroom, even after repeated calls, check in was also given late. After asking for kettle and tea bags(these were also not given), we were given a dirty kettle. As soon as i put water in the kettle, the water turned black. Only the exterior looks good. Most horrible place and worst service seen according to the rates charged. Pl. Be careful.
