I visited here back in 2017 and was so impressed by their rooms and services. Got an opportunity to visit here again now in 2024 and I'm surprised to see the quality of the food has not dropped, the veg kurma and wheat parota is a must try if you are here even if you aren't staying. I think the hotel is being upgraded so certain things are being fixed here and there but the service was good and they were very prompt in taking action and providing us resolution at right time. Decent stay for the price point. The location is also best in terms of accessing the city and other locations around palakkad. Overall would recommend this place if you are visiting palakkad for your next trip and looking for a place with decent stay and good food options

Solo traveller | Economic room with AC/Free breakfast Location: This place is located in prime stop, which is great, Parking: Having good parking space for cars and 2 wheelers also Room: I can the room pretty much very small and congested, Room facilities also pretty old including AC,TV and bathroom really not happy about it. It's not worth it, which is unexpected for the price paid Service: Service is good,But not great waited for more than 15mins for check-in, Food: Actually is really good, but didn't have space to have them comfortably in the room,actually had them in dressing table thats also small 😅, Overall its not worth for the price i paid, Food is great,

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed and overall good. Stayed here for one night and it was good. Equipments are a bit old type, but that is not a big problem.

Booked for onam feast before 9 days, on reaching there have to wait for hour and got meals after fighting. If rush was there at least they should inform the ones who has booked in advance. They not even bothered to serve full menu items. We however had food with a ill feeling. Bad experience. They should maintain the spirit of festival and adequate arrangement to be made and not to gather money only.
