Not so good rooms. The toilet doesn't even have basic toiletries. We needed to call and ask for soaps and towels. They said no to providing toothpaste. Restaurant menu were costly and the service was delayed. Overall not so good.

Very pathetic & worst hotel, they don't provide bills at all. I have been following up for more than 2 weeks for hotel bills but no response at all. At checkout they will say computer, network, system not working and will not provide bills. It's not good for people who stay for official work. My personal experience says, don't go for this hotel. Note: Before to book this hotel, think 1000 times. The staffs are also very dangerous behaviour.

The stay was comfortable and rooms are clean and spacious. The food and hospitality is great. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was booked 14 days prior and I had the confirmation and paid online to Agoda, and yet they denied access to us in the property. I had to talk to the customer service for 45 minutes and later had to book another hotel. They made it the worst day for me and my partner. The staff didn't even talk to us, they gave me a number and asked me to talk to the lady on call, she wasn't polite and was saying weird things and totally denied us about doing anything about the booking.
