Last week I visited Golden Petal hotel Varanasi and I can guarantee about it if anyone stay into it. They'll get absolutely a relaxing and comfortable vibes from this hotel with the finish of luxury from there rooms and ambience, the staff are so responsible aur responsive with the customers. After a Enjoyable day with our tired body we got a Superior treatment from them. At the time of dinner Live music and flavours of Varanasi will not left any efforts to blow-up your mind and will surely comfort your body. Location was Absolutely Amazing connectivity is very accurate from temples, ghats etc.🫶🏻 Go give a chance to Golden Petal you'll have no regret from any chance.

I booked the hotel via their page on google maps where it was stated that it can be booked via their “official” site and made a verification of my credit card following the link and saved my booking confirmation. But after arrival at the hotel i was told they are overbooked and they are not accepting payments and bookings directly. From the discussion with their manager i realized that i am not the first person which came to them with the same situation. I replied and strongly believe that it is their responsibility as management to maintain their page and not to allow overbooking. Spent money on a taxi and it turned out into a hassle to find another place to stay in the late evening. The management was not helpful at all, it looks like everything suits them in such a “game” with bookings which they cant properly manage and fix. Avoid this place for such a dishonest and unprofessional behavior. Hopefully my card was not compromised.

Everything about this Hotel, from rooms to service to staff was excellent. Really worth staying at this hotel and enjoy your time in Banaras. Must stay.

Excellent hospitality. Maintenance of the room is very good. Good service by all the employees. Even when want to leave early for the temple the staff arranged for the bfast before they start at the regular time. Mr.sudhanshu Front officer took care of us. All the needs of us were fulfilled without any problem. We took 3 rooms and stayed for a week and enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect location 1km from Kashi Vishwanath temple. Stayed for 3 days and trust me at this budget you won't get better than this in whole banaras. Talking about the staff they are very friendly and Professional. The rooms are very clean . You will feel a homely atmosphere . And lastly you can't miss out on the delicious food they offer during your stay . Thank you for your service . See you soon. Har Har Mahadev 🙏
