We recently stayed at this hotel, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home.The in house restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices to suit everyone taste.The swimming pool and fitness center were well-maintained, providing a great way to relax and stay active during my stay.Moreover, the location was perfect for exploring the city, with good connectivity options .Overall, our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area.

We had a horrid horrid experience with this team during a horrible time for all of us. This was during the cyclone that turned many of our worlds upside down in Dec. Our wedding venue got flooded and we had to find another venue in the very last minute. From the previous, as part of the package, 10 rooms were provided. Though our venue got flooded and we had to change, we had spoken with the venue management to retain some rooms and the dealing was between us as part of the package and prices were to be negotiated between us. We told Mr. Saravanan the manager that we have spoken to the venue and will be taking 6 rooms on the date. Mr. Saravanan checked us in and did not say anything else in that moment regarding any payment. However at the time of checkout, he took full advantage of the situation and harassed our relative into making payment for 11 rooms. He knew very well what the situation was, all of us in stress and pain. He said that the room had been held so we have to pay. But he did not communicate or show us the terms for this at any point especially before checking which he most definitely should have done. Had he told us they were holding 10 rooms and we had to confirm, we would have immediately told we only needed 6 rooms. Even during check-in that’s what we said. Additionally, we had not signed anything and there was no legal reservation of 10 rooms and we had no obligation to pay. Further we were to deal with the venue management as this was part of their package and not a direct reservation with the hotel. But before we could speak to them post the wedding stress and since we weren’t in the hotel and a relative was helping, they wouldn’t let the relative leave and harassed them into making payment for rooms we did not use - 5 rooms extra payment. Now the venue management is speaking to them and they refuse to take any action and refund the wrongfully taken amount. It is so sad. During the cyclone, the whole city came together and by God’s grace, our wedding happened despite a horrible flooding and chaos. Yet there are people like this who prey on such situations and loot. Please beware of such mistrust and exploitation. Make sure to not pay if you’ve not made a formal room reservation and used it. We will be taking this up legally to understand the terms better and for the wrongful claim. Had the hotel been flooded during that time, you may have understood our situation.

We were there for a dinner party at the Hibiscus hall. It can accommodate around 100 people and has sufficient parking options. Food and service was good.

We stayed here for 5 days. Staff is helpful and kind. Room service is good but a bit slow. Bar is cozy with a decent crowd but should serve fancy and well-made drinks. The drinks were pretty blend.The place is clean and quit. Breakfast offers some wide variety but would suggest including some varieties of parathas and other North Indian breakfasts too as the hotel has a lot of North Indians staying in. Overall, our experience was great, and I would definitely recommend this for your next stay.

Hotel staff was very worst behavior to us. we all almost 11 colleagues stayed here for 2 days.We just asked for playing pools but manager directly denied very rudely. It was very bad experience with Halez staff. we recommend to all pls avoide to stay here.If we can get this kind of treatment from the hotel staff , there is no telling what kind of gardening the individual or single guest. I strongly recommend avoide to stay here.
