The only good thing about this Hotel is its location. You step out of the Railway Station and enter into this hotel. Apart from it the rooms were spacious, bathrooms were sanitised. Issues: 1. Lift (Elevator) is small, and that too broke up in the morning so we had to come down from 4 floors with our luggage. 2. Halls are not well lit. You will have directional issues while moving. 3. There's no parking space. 4. The AC windows were rusty and the geyser wasn't working in full capacity. The shower was not operational.

The hotel is located just opposite Bikaner junction railway station. Towards the platform one side. Overall satisfactory for a small town like Bikaner. The rooms and bathroom were neat and clean. We booked through an online website. Rooms were as described. Service is also good. Food can be ordered to the room. The food taste is more localised. Some may not like it.

Food experience is worst. Paneer lababdaar me shimla mirch, taste like as kadai paneer. Tandoori roti itni patli ki sukhi hui kadak rotiya aati h. Overall food is cheap taste. Waste of money, time and toung taste.

My experience was horrific, I became free from their trap after police intervention. I booked the hotel for 2 adults and 2, children with free breakfast and dinner and for that I paid 4230 INR through make my trip. At the time of check out management staff start demanding of additional charges for children and whatever dinner we did, they made seperate bills for item wise which ofcourse costly than the package plan, it was completely a cheating act by their staff and management. They wasted our 2hours and afterwards we become free from their trap with the help of police. Room and food quality is below average, the same facility can be availed in OYO rooms at 1/3 cost. In simple words this hotel is run by fraud people's. I storngly recommend not to book this hotel.
