Simple hotel with all facilities in Secunderabad area. Just one road away from Paradise hotel. Rooms were clean. Food was good. Breakfast was also decent. Room size and Bathroom size I felt are both small for the price they are charging. Near to Paradise metro station Parking also available

During my stay at the hotel, I found the rooms to be satisfactory. However, I feel compelled to mention the lack of professionalism exhibited by the female staffs at the reception. Despite the check-in time passing, we had to wait an additional 40 minutes for room allocation. This experience, unfortunately is unacceptable and is very rare to find these days from hotels staffs. To mention the male staff who was present during the night was pleasant as well. If the owner or higher management is seeing this, kindly arrange a proper training session for the two females staffs on how to deal with customers and how important customer satisfaction is needed in the service industry😊. Hope you will improve service in future.

During my stay at the hotel, I found the rooms to be very small. However, I feel compelled to mention the lack of professionalism exhibited by the female staffs at the reception. After taking extra 1000+ tax they have given mattress to put on floor. This experience, unfortunately is unacceptable and is very rare to find these days from hotels staffs. Even the hospitality was not good. proper training session should be given for the two females staffs on how to deal with customers and how important customer satisfaction is needed in the industry. Female staff says this is not low grade lounge or hotel that we will be give free entry to 3rd person but I see the experience was similar to low grade lodge. We won’t prefer this hotel again.

I recently booked a room at this hotel for a week-long official trip. The first impression was that the rooms were quite neat and clean, but they felt a bit cramped. However, my stay was marred by poor service from the reception side. One major issue I encountered was with the TV channels. I requested them to add a few channels for my one-week stay, but I was told it wasn't possible, even though daily subscriptions for channels were available. This was frustrating as it limited my entertainment options during the stay. Another inconvenience was their billing system. I asked if they could provide separate bills for the hotel stay and food expenses, but the receptionist stated that there was no provision for this. This lack of flexibility made it challenging for me to manage my expenses accurately. Due to the combination of these issues and the overall poor service experience, I decided to move to another hotel after just two days. It's unfortunate that my stay didn't meet my expectations, and I hope the hotel management can address these issues to improve the experience for future guests. Date of Check in : 17.09.2023

Location is good.House-keeping service is prompt.Front office is most indifferent to the needs of the guest. Moreover, we were asked to wait before check-out to check the room by the staff. It was quite demeaning. The hotel might have had bad experience but that doesn't mean that they have to ensure if the property is not being damaged by each and every guest. The manner and attitude of the staff must be ammended this instant. It was rather a disappointment. I'll never recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
