When we called the front desk for a room, we mentioned we are 4 Adults. Other hotels would have insisted to take 2 separate rooms whereas this hotel person understood our requirement and told us he will provide 1 big room where all 4 of us can accommodate. Very cooperative staff, clean rooms. Breakfast was much better than any other well rated 3 star hotels. They have an underground parking area as well.

While the rooms are decent, service after 10pm is severely lacking. We arrived late and were unable to get basic items like water or toiletries, and calls to the reception went unanswered. This lack of late-night support is unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

Honestly, my experience at this hotel was a total disaster. The receptionist was beyond reckless, it felt like he was actively trying to ruin my stay. Unprofessional behaviour, nobody is there to complain about his behavior, avoid this hotel.

Worst Hotel, I have ever visited Don't book this hotel I Booked room one week before they made me sleepless night in Bustand Called before night and telling that they don't have rooms The reason is Same day one conference was there they offered extra amount due to this Jatty grand cancelled all booking there are no rooms in other Hotels to book rooms After reading my review they called me and offered next time one day free stay in Rajahmundry See how they are offering free stay after making trouble to the customer with sleepless night without shelter sleeping in Bustand who will take that offer just imagine how many families suffered over night without shelter in unknown place. What is the use of booking room

Located in a prime location, Jetty Grand Hotel, as the name suggests is a well maintained, good looking ambience filled hotel for visitors of Rajahmundry. The reason why I have given 3 stars for rooms is they have given a room on the 5th floor which is still under renovation. Some services were not working. When we complained, they shifted the room to 1st flr which was good. The phone number for room service is not picked most of the time and management needs to take action in this regard.
